The use of personal information that you may submit to us through this Web site is private and will not be shared. Peaceful Heart is also a SSL secure site so you can shop in confidence. 

When you place an order with Peaceful Heart, we guarantee that we will take the time to carefully package and ship your products to you. Our goal is to have your order packaged and shipped within 48 business hours (Mon-Fri, we do not ship on weekends or holidays). The majority of the products are made fresh at time of order; depending on the product, size of your order or if your order is custom, shipping times may vary, but we will communicate to you when you should expect your shipment.

Because all of our products are handmade, colors will vary from batch to batch –we like to be unique, and produce one-of-a-kind products and gifts. The ingredients and scent will remain the same. If there is a specific color you are looking for, we will do our best to color match for you.

If you have sensitivity, please let us know. We would be happy to create a custom order for you, i.e. no color or scent. Although our products do not contain any harmful ingredients, we use nut oils and soy in some of our formulations;  please ensure to read the ingredients carefully if you have any allergies, and test a small patch prior to use.

All orders are shipped with Canada Post. Delivery times are dictated to us by Canada Post and are approximate. You can expect your order to fall within these times.

If your order is a rush, we can ship with an alternative carrier, a surcharge will apply.

At this time we are only shipping within Canada.

Once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier, we will provide you with the tracking number. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Due to the nature of the products there are no returns, however, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and want our customers to be happy and continue shopping with us. If there is an issue we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
